1 General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the jaetzz platform and all its services. In this document, "jaetzz", "we", "us" or "platform" refers to the organization operating jaetzz. "User", "member" or "you" refers to any person who uses the jaetzz website or application.

3.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawals will not be possible until the wagering requirements of any applicable bonus have been met.

• Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawal requests will be approved after KYC verification.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• jaetzz reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in cases of unusual activity.

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive up to a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. No special code is required for this bonus and it will be applied automatically.

For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200.
• Deposit ৳34,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳20,000 bonus → total balance ৳54,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x (twenty times). This means you must wager 20 times the bonus amount before it becomes withdrawable. Example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, you must place a total of ৳24,000 in bets.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer may have its own validity period and conditions.
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, jaetzz reserves the right to investigate and cancel the bonus if necessary.
• VIP members may receive additional cashback and special offers.
• jaetzz reserves the right to change bonus terms.

5 VIP Program

The jaetzz VIP program has three tiers. Weekly cashback benefits apply at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.

6 Fair Play Policy and Prohibited Activities

6.1 Fair Play

jaetzz is committed to ensuring a fair, transparent and safe gaming environment for all members. Our games are operated by software from recognized providers and results are determined entirely at random.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jaetzz platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Any form of fraud, hacking or software manipulation.

• Using third-party payment methods.
• Attempting to access other members' accounts.
